ATS Lookup
Give it companies (domains, names or careers pages) and get one row per company: the applicant tracking system behind its careers page, the public job board link, and a hiring snapshot: open jobs, department and country mix, remote share, share of jobs with posted pay and the newest posting date. $4 per 1,000 companies found; you pay only for rows you get.
$4.00 per 1,000 companies with a board
Why this actor
- 9 systems, including Workday and the European Personio, Teamtailor and Recruitee.
- Misses are free: a company with no public board gets a free
no_matchrow. - Each row says how the board was found (
explicit, url, htmlorguess) with a match confidence. - Up to 10,000 companies per run; the
companyTokenfeeds straight into Career Site Jobs Scraper.
Drop-in input
Drop-in input. domains (actorworks/ats-detector), organizations, startUrls and the per-system lists greenhouseBoards, leverCompanies, ashbyOrgs, smartrecruitersCompanies (memo23/career-site-ats-jobs-api) and providers (starbright_overlap/ats-database) are accepted and merged into companies.
As stated in the actor’s README. The full list of accepted input names is on the Store page.
What you get
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
ats | The system: greenhouse, lever, ashby, workable, recruitee, personio, teamtailor, smartrecruiters or workday. |
boardUrl, boardId, companyToken | Public board page, stable board id, and the board name on the ATS (use it as greenhouse:stripe in the sibling actors). |
detection, matchConfidence | How the board was found: explicit (system:token), url (board URL), html (a link on the careers page) or guess (a board named like the domain or name). matchConfidence is high, medium or low; low marks a guessed board with 2 jobs or fewer or no posting for a year, which is often another company with the same name. |
openJobs, sampledJobs | Open jobs now (the board's own total) and how many were read for the figures below (maxJobsPerCompany). |
departmentMix, countryMix | Per department and per country code: jobs and share (0-1), biggest first. |
remoteJobs, remoteShare | Jobs marked remote and their share. |
jobsWithPay, payShare, pay | Jobs that post a pay range, their share (a pay-transparency signal), and per currency the low, high and medianMid. |
newestPostedAt, jobsPostedLast30Days | Recency and velocity: newest posting date and jobs posted in the last 30 days. |
domain, company | The domain you entered and the company name the ATS shows. |
source, dataAsOf, checkedAt | live (read during this run) and when. |
(Live run 2026-10-22; the mixes are shortened here.)

Use cases
- Technographics for RevOps: tag every account in your CRM with its ATS, then target "uses Greenhouse" or "uses Workday" segments.
- Hiring signals for outbound:
departmentMixandjobsPostedLast30Daysshow who is scaling sales, engineering or support right now. - Market sizing for HR-tech: what share of a list runs each ATS, by country.
- Pay transparency research:
payShareshows which employers post pay ranges. - Lead qualification for recruiting agencies: companies with many open roles in your niche.
- Then go deeper: Career Site Jobs Scraper for full job listings, Hiring Changes Tracker for new and closed jobs over time.

}Limitations
- Public job boards only. Nothing behind a login.
- Only the 9 systems above. Companies on iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, a custom careers site or no careers site return a free
no_matchrow. Expect many misses on random domain lists (CDNs, media sites, small businesses); B2B tech lists hit far more often. - Workday boards are found only from a careers page that links to them or from the board URL, not from the name. Workday lists carry no department, so Workday companies show
UnspecifiedindepartmentMix. - A guess from a generic name can match a different company with the same board name.
detection: "guess"marks these andmatchConfidence: "low"flags the likely wrong ones; checkcompany. - Large enterprises often link their careers page to Workday through scripts the actor cannot see (Adobe, Nvidia, Salesforce, Intel, Cisco and PayPal were misses in our test). Paste their Workday board URL instead.
- Pay counts only jobs with a pay field. Pay written in the description text is not read here (Hiring Changes and Career Site Jobs read it).
- Lever and SmartRecruiters lists without a stated total stop at
maxJobsPerCompany;openJobsIsLowerBoundis then true.
FAQ
Why did a company I know come back as no_match? It uses a system we do not cover, or its careers page loads the jobs in a way that hides the board link. If you know the board, enter it as system:token or paste the board URL.
How fresh is the data? Live: every row is read from the board during your run (source: "live").
Can I get the jobs themselves? Yes, with Career Site Jobs Scraper: pass the boardUrl or system:token from this actor.
Something looks wrong in the output. Who do I tell? Open an issue on the actor page with the run link. We read them all.
